Today, he applies that knowledge to help level the playing field for businesses and individuals pursuing or defending significant claims.

Education and Professional Background

Martin earned his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Florida College of Law. He holds a B.A. in English from Keene State College.

Before attending law school, he worked as a sales executive in the technology sector, providing practical business experience that complements his litigation strategy and client counseling today.

His background in English and film studies influences his advocacy style. He approaches litigation with both a legal strategy and persuasive storytelling, ensuring that judges and juries clearly understand the client’s position.
