Born and raised in Mississippi, Lyndsey Mott graduated from St. Joseph Catholic High School in Greenville, MS and went on to attend Millsaps College in Jackson, MS. While at Millsaps, Lyndsey graduated, with honors, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, with a focus in childhood literacy. Lyndsey ultimately built a career in the construction and real estate industry through being lead project manager for residential and commercial construction projects as well as obtaining a real estate sales license. In her first year of sales, Lyndsey was named Million Dollar Producer and went on to reach Multi-Million Dollar Salesperson.

From there, Lyndsey decided she wanted a career change, and ultimately chose St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas as the avenue for that change. While working full time, Lyndsey graduated Cum Laude from St. Mary’s. During law school, Lyndsey worked as a law clerk for Watts Guerra, LLP, and Oliva, Saks, Garcia & Curiel, LLP, where she gained invaluable legal practice skills.

Since law school graduation, Lyndsey has moved to the Littleton/Columbine Valley area and has stayed busy with her involvement in residential renovation and investment projects, as well as starting her career with Schlueter, Mahoney & Ross. Since joining our team, Lyndsey has been to trial on complex litigation matters, successfully negotiated multiple real estate and construction-related contracts and disputes, and has integrated her past career into advisory positions for different real estate and construction businesses. Lyndsey also uses her real estate and construction background to advise real estate investors, lenders and owners on the complex issues that arise before, during and after transactions.

When she is not vigorously representing her clients, Lyndsey enjoys escaping to the mountains with her fiancé, Kevin to camp, bike, boat, hike, fish, and ski.
