Lisa C. Secor was born in 1960 in Great Lakes, Illinois. She attended college at the University of Wyoming and graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1984. She then attended law school at the University of Wyoming obtaining her Juris Doctorate degree in 1987.
Ms. Secor was admitted to bar in 1987 in Wyoming, and later in 1995 was admitted to the bar in Colorado. She is currently a member of the Wyoming State Bar, the Colorado Bar Association, and the Larimer Bar Association.
